The Chrome extension works on any site and shows you which companies and roles have actually sponsored before, not just the ones on the list of registered sponsors. You can see everything in one click. It also recognises registered names vs trading names, so you don’t need to spend 10+ hours every week searching through the list manually. We've recently launched fresh data, so you can see who's sponsoring as recently as 6 months ago.
Hey Product Hunt, I’m Amogh, the maker of UK Visa Sponsorship Checker.
If you need a visa to work in the UK, the register of licensed sponsors only tells you who is allowed to sponsor. It doesn’t tell you who actually does. Most people end up searching that list by hand for 10+ hours a week, and the company name on a job ad often doesn’t match the registered name anyway.

What’s new since our last launch: we’ve added fresh data, so you can now see who has been sponsoring as recently as 6 months ago. It’s built on Home Office Certificate of Sponsorship data.
If you’ve job-hunted on a visa in the UK, I’d love to know: what is your biggest pain point in finding sponsored jobs, and how do you currently check if someone sponsors? I’ll be here all day answering questions and reading every comment.
