UI Color System LAB
Turn color inspiration into UI-ready color systems.
Generate complete UI color systems from colors or images. Preview them in real interfaces, check WCAG contrast, refine the result, and export CSS, Tailwind, JSON and reusable Figma Variables.
Hi Product Hunt 👋
I built UI Color System LAB because I kept seeing the same gap in the design workflow: finding good colors is easy, but turning them into a usable UI color system is not.
UICSL lets you start from a color, multiple colors or an image and generate a structured 7-role UI system. You can preview it in real interfaces, check WCAG contrast, refine it, and export it for development or Figma.
I’ve also built a Figma workflow that imports UICSL systems as reusable Variables, including paired surface and text colors.
This is a bootstrapped product I’ve designed and developed myself, and I’d genuinely love to hear how you currently manage color systems in your UI workflow — and what you’d like UICSL to do next. 💜
