Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I built iamuu after one too many frustrating experiences with
online file tools — watermarks, forced signups, and "free" tools
that weren't actually free.
What started as a simple image converter grew into a full
platform with 100+ format conversions and 40+ PDF tools. All
processing happens server-side, files are auto-deleted, and most
tools don't even require an account.
Some things I'm proud of:
• HEIC/RAW conversion works without local codecs
• CMYK color profiles are properly preserved
• PDF digital signatures use real PKCS#12 certificates
• Batch processing with async queue
This is a solo project built with Vue 3 + FastAPI. Happy to
answer any technical questions about the stack, the file
processing pipeline, or running an online tool platform.
