TypePro is the evolution of a customer service autocomplete tool that offered tailored suggestions for customer service agents to get their work done more efficiently without compromising the quality of customer messaging. The goal with TypePro is to bring this functionality to all departments and teams, making it easier for everyone to communicate.
There is a personal use for TypePro too, I'd be very interested in hearing people's thoughts and first impressions of it so we can improve the product.
