I built Twintable after watching my favorite local restaurant struggle with a laminated menu: outdated prices, no translations for tourists, zero info on allergens.
Existing tools wanted them to type everything manually or hire someone. So I made it stupid simple: take a photo, AI does the rest, dishes, prices, allergens, calories, 40+ languages, and you get a QR code that never changes even when the menu does.
100+ restaurants use it today, and the free plan is genuinely usable.

The idea sounds really cool! But I wonder - how does it calculate calories if there's no precise information about ingredient weights?
