Tutor Planner
Lessons, students and payment tracking for solo tutors
Manage recurring lessons, student notes, prepaid packages and payment records in one app for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. Sync with your private iCloud. Free for 3 active students; Pro adds unlimited students, business reports and exports.
Hi Product Hunt! I'm the maker of Tutor Planner.
Independent tutors have more to keep track of than the next lesson: recurring schedules, student notes, remaining package hours and unpaid classes. Tutor Planner brings those records together in a native app for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch.
You can plan lessons, record what happened, track prepaid packages or postpaid classes, and keep a useful history for each student. Your devices sync through your private iCloud database, with no separate Tutor Planner account.
The free version supports 3 active students. Pro unlocks unlimited students, full business reports and professional exports. Payment tracking records what is paid or outstanding; it does not process payments.
If you teach independently, which part of the admin after a lesson takes the most time? I'd love to hear what would make Tutor Planner more useful for your workflow.
