Tussup turns debates into short-form video battles. Start a “Tuss” with a video and topic, then the community responds with video Takes choosing For or Against. Users vote on the strongest arguments, and when the timer ends, one side wins. Unlike traditional social apps built around comments and passive scrolling, Tussup is built entirely around competitive video debates, participation, and community-driven outcomes.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I'm Frantz, the maker of Tussup.
I built this because every social app turns debate into walls of nested text. Nobody reads them, nobody changes their mind, and the loudest person wins by default. Tussup is the opposite of that.
Here's the loop:
• Post a tuss — a short video + a topic ("Is college a scam in 2026?")
• Other people drop video takes, picking a side: For or Against
• Everyone votes on the takes — not on the people
• When the clock runs out, the winning side splits the points
It's the first social app where your opinion can lose. That's the whole point. We added skin-in-the-game voting today — you stake a point per vote, and if you back the winner you get it back 2x. Suddenly votes mean something.
What's new in today's launch:
• End-of-tuss results page — winning side, podium of top takes, voter row, confetti when it's a blowout
• Watch button so you get pinged when a tuss you care about ends
• Daily quests + streaks to keep showing up
• Skin-in-the-game voting (described above)
• 5-emoji reactions and quote-reply on distussions (our name for comments)
If you've got a hot topic, post a tuss when you sign up and I'll record a take back to you myself today.

Who hunted Tussup?
Tussup was hunted by Frantz Arty. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
