Your work is scattered across AI chats, email, calendars, meeting notes and coding agents. TurnPanel brings it into one private, local AI workspace. Unlike Grok Bot and Muse, which run agents in their cloud, TurnPanel runs them on your desktop, where you own your chats, files, memory and history, and control what your agents do. It's self-evolving: your memory, skills and workflows get better the more you use it. Run local models, bring your own providers, or both. Free on macOS and Windows.

I'm Kaushal, founder of echowin. I built TurnPanel along with my team as an internal tool and we're now opening it up as a public beta for macOS and Windows. TurnPanel is one workspace where an AI agent can work across your computer, coordinate other agents and tools, retain context, and bring you back in when needed. The core local product is free. What it does: - Local, self-evolving harness - works across local and hosted models while conversations, memories, skills, files, and automations stay local. "Self-evolving" means turning repeated work into reusable capabilities under your control, not expanding permissions. - Browser automation - a visible browser with DOM and Chrome DevTools Protocol access. You can watch, intervene, or take control; logins, payments, and consequential actions return to you. - Model orchestration - benchmarks your machine, configures the local inference engine, and lets you connect Codex, OpenRouter, OpenCode, or any OpenAI-compatible endpoint, switching models per job. - Supervising other agent harnesses - delegates to interactive harnesses like Claude Code and Codex, with their terminals visible in the sidebar. - Built-in mini-app SDK - builds persistent local mini apps (dashboards, trackers, boards) using the same tools the agent has. - Spaces as trust boundaries - controls which memories, files, services, and browser sessions each job can access. - Full remote workspace - accessible through a browser or installable PWA (Pro feature). I'd really appreciate any feedback or comments. Also let me know if you have questions about the platform.

I've been using TurnPanel beta for about a month now. I love that it's cohesive. I don't have to keep giving it context across projects and threads. I can pull in powerful models from my other subscriptions right here. I couldn't keep up with all my research stuff, things I needed to revisit, forms I need to fill, and deadlines I couldn't miss. TurnPanel literally runs my calendar now, it reminds me of deadlines, organizes my files, finds things for me, and I don't have to track all of it across tools. It would be cool if they made it so I can share a project with a coworker though.
