turnos.work
Create smarter employee schedules without spreadsheets
Turnos.work helps businesses create and manage employee schedules across teams, roles, locations, and rotating shifts, without wrestling with spreadsheets.
I work in a hotel, and employee scheduling is one of those problems that looks simple until you actually have to manage it.
People work different shifts. Some employees rotate across different locations. There are days off, coverage requirements, availability, and constant changes.
And somehow, a surprising number of businesses still manage all of this with spreadsheets.
So I built Turnos.work.
It helps businesses organize schedules around real-world structures:
👥 Employees and teams 🏢 Multiple locations 🔄 Rotating shifts 📅 Schedule planning 👀 Clear schedules employees can actually understand
Although the original inspiration came from hospitality, the idea is intentionally broader. Restaurants, hotels, retail stores, clinics, and other shift-based businesses face very similar problems.
My goal is to make scheduling flexible enough for real workplaces without turning it into another giant HR platform.
I'm currently improving the product and would really appreciate feedback from business owners, managers, and anyone who's had the pleasure of managing shift schedules. 😅
