Turn any contract into a signed deal
AI reads your contracts, fills fields, and gets them signed
A new client says yes — then the paperwork stalls everything. SignedHub fixes that. Upload any contract and AI detects every field, auto-fills them from your business profile, and lets you sign right in the browser. Send clients a secure link to sign — no account needed. Reusable templates, signed-PDF export, and expiry alerts keep deals moving. Built for freelancers and small businesses. Free for your first 5 contracts.
Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I'm the maker of SignedHub.
This one came from personal frustration. I watched freelancer friends and small studio owners close a deal, celebrate for about ten minutes, and then lose three days to the paperwork — printing the contract, hunting for a pen, re-typing the same company name and tax ID for the hundredth time, scanning it back, emailing it, and then chasing the client for a signature on something they'd already verbally agreed to. The deal was done; the admin was the bottleneck.
Big enterprise contract tools exist, but they're heavy, expensive, and built for legal teams — not for one person running a business between client calls. So I built the opposite: something that respects that you have five minutes, not five hours.
SignedHub does three things really well. First, AI reads your contract — even a flat scanned PDF with no real form fields — and finds every place that needs input. Second, it auto-fills those fields from your saved business profile, so a 25-field agreement collapses to a couple of manual entries. Third, signing happens in the browser, and your client signs through a single secure link with no account and no app install.
🛠️ Built with Enter. I want to be transparent about how this got made: I didn't hand-code it from a blank file — I built the entire thing on Enter (enter.pro), an AI dev agent for the vibe-coding era. I described SignedHub in plain English and iterated on the UI, the database, authentication, and Stripe payments right in the chat, with a live preview the whole way. Huge shout-out to the Enter team — this launch genuinely wouldn't exist this fast without it.
My north star is "yes → signed" in minutes, not days. Everything else — templates, expiry alerts, the signature library, signed-PDF export — exists to protect that one flow.
It's free for your first 5 contracts (no credit card), and Pro unlocks unlimited contracts and scans. I'm building this in the open and I genuinely want to know: what part of contract admin still wastes your time? Tell me below and I'll put it on the roadmap. I'll be in the comments all day. 🙏
