We built TT PMS because we were tired of the same problem every project-based company has: your PM tool tracks tasks, but nobody has a clear picture of who's actually available, who's burning out, and who's sitting on the bench.
We run a software services company ourselves. We were using Jira for tasks, spreadsheets for leave, email threads for OT approvals, and gut feel for who to staff on the next project. That's not a system, that's chaos with extra steps.
So we built the tool we needed. TT PMS handles project and task management like any other tool, but it also tracks timesheets and billing, OT approval, leave, bench strength, and workforce stability score, all in one place. Every deployment is custom-configured to match how your team actually works, not a fixed template.
It's live and running in our own company today, plus a handful of other IT and consulting firms.
