I spent the last 3 months building TrueCOD after seeing how much money Shopify merchants lose because of fake COD orders and RTOs.
At first, I thought a simple solution would be enough. But while building, I realized merchants needed something smarter.
So I kept improving it step by step: • Risk detection for suspicious COD orders • Repeat customer behavior tracking • Hold / Accept / Reject workflow • Trusted customer logic for genuine buyers
The goal is simple: Help merchants reduce fake COD losses before they ship the order.
