I built Troupe after organising one too many group trips and watching the same chaos unfold every time — booking refs buried in a thread, expenses argued over spreadsheets, and one person (always me) holding it all together.
Troupe runs entirely through iCloud — no backend, no accounts, no tracking. The people you invite see everything live without downloading anything extra. It felt wrong to build something for sharing and then make it hard to share.
