Hey everyone! I'm Ben and I built TripSplit after one too many group trips ended with account signups, large dinners leading to complex math and delayed settlements.
Other bill splitting apps makes everyone create an account before they can split
anything. TripSplit skips all of that. One link in the group chat, and
people are claiming items 30 seconds later.
The receipt scanner is the magic part. Snap the check, AI itemizes it, and
the person who ordered the lobster pays for the lobster. The person who had too many drinks, pays for all those drinks. Tax and tip split
proportionally, and there's a split-by-day mode for lodging and rental cars.
I'm happy to answer anything especially criticisms and feedback on the claiming
flow. I want to make this process as painless as possible so splitting bills is too easy to avoid.
