This started as a personal pipeline I was using for my previous apps. At some point I realized more than half of my work day was spent on reading customer feedback and then deciding which bug or feature would have the biggest impact to start with
AI was a part of my workflow since the very beginning, but it basically just meant manually exporting emails and sending them to an AI agent or something like that
Triagely was born from this need. I wanted: - An EXTREMELY easy way to connect all my feedback inputs (Email, feedback form etc) into a common inbox - A way to extract only the bugs and features parts of the emails - Automatic assignment of priority to each ticket - And finally, a way to keep track of it all
