I spent 15 years in market research, most of it sitting with interview recordings.
The part nobody warns you about: you don't distrust a transcript because it looks broken. You distrust it because a mis-transcribed line reads perfectly fluent, and you have no way of knowing which lines those are. So you re-listen to the whole thing anyway, and the time you saved is gone.
Transcribe Labs runs several engines over the same audio and flags every point where they disagree, with a timestamp. You check those specific moments instead of the whole recording.
