Like many of you, I love training hard, but I absolutely hated the friction of traditional fitness apps. Tapping through infinite dropdowns just to log a single set completely broke my focus between series. On the other hand, writing on paper meant losing all my historical data.
So I built Trakeo: an AI-powered hub that lets you log your workouts by simply texting or sending a voice note on WhatsApp. Behind the seamless chat interface lies a powerful analytics engine that tracks your weekly volume limits (MEV/MRV) and estimates your real-time strength progress.
