Would love a way to see my volume progression over the past month right inside the chat, maybe by asking "show my bench trend" and getting a quick summary back. The logging part is already so low friction, having that built-in reflection step would make this a full coaching loop instead of just a smart notebook.
One thing that would make this stick for me is weekly summaries pushed back to the chat, like total volume per lift or a PR alert when I hit a new max, so I can actually see progress without digging back through old messages.
