I built TrainFlow because useful exercise cues kept getting lost inside long YouTube videos. I wanted a simple way to save the exact movement, keep the original coaching context, combine clips into a routine, and track the workout from a phone. TrainFlow is designed for people who learn from video and want their saved workout content to become something they can actually follow. I would love feedback on the capture-to-training workflow and the mobile session experience.
