I built TrailMind because I kept using generic training plans that never adjusted to how my actual runs were going — too rigid, or too generic to be useful.
The idea: tell the AI coach about a race (or just "I want to run more consistently"), and it builds a real plan, then adapts it week to week based on what you actually log — not a static PDF.
It's free to start, iOS only for now (I'm one person building this, Android is in progress). Would genuinely love feedback from anyone who runs, even casually — what's missing, what feels off, what you'd want next.
