TractCast brings property search, parcel data, ownership records, zoning, building permits, council activity, environmental layers, CMBS loan signals, 3D site planning, and client-ready reports into one real estate map. Instead of jumping between county sites, GIS portals, permit databases, spreadsheets, and PDFs, residential and commercial real estate teams can research a property, understand nearby activity, and export a clean report from the same workflow.
Hey Product Hunt,
I’m launching TractCast because property research is still way too fragmented.
Whether you are reviewing a residential investment property, a development site, or a commercial asset, the useful information is usually scattered across county GIS, assessor records, zoning code, permit portals, council agendas, lender data, environmental maps, spreadsheets, and PDFs.
TractCast pulls those workflows into one map.
What it does today:
- Search nationwide parcels, buildings, and ownership records
- Review zoning, permits, council/P&Z activity, CMBS loan signals, environmental, demographic, and market layers
- Run parcel-level 3D site planning and feasibility checks
- Generate Pulse reports and client-ready PDF exports
- Save sites and build a working pipeline from the map
It is built for residential and commercial real estate teams: investors, brokers, developers, site selectors, lenders, property managers, and operators who need faster property intelligence before they spend time or money chasing a site.
I’d love feedback from the Product Hunt community on the positioning, onboarding, and which property workflows you’d want to see next.
