Trackist
An AI strength coach that remembers every set you log
Trackist is an AI strength coach that writes your gym plan and changes it from the sets you log. It builds a 4 to 12 week block around your goal, days, session length, equipment and the movements that hurt. The AI never picks your weights: hit the top of the rep range on every set and the next session suggests 2.5 kg more on the bar. After each block, the coach reads your results and writes the next plan. A Strength Score and a Strength Age show whether you're getting stronger.
Hi Product Hunt, I'm Adrian. I've been building Trackist on my own since October 2025.
It's for people who already train. You know how to squat, but your numbers stopped moving months ago. A personal trainer could fix that, and costs more each month than most people will ever spend on an app. Trackist is my attempt at that coach: one who reads every set you log and changes the plan from it.
What it does that a workout log doesn't:
1. Pain shapes the plan by movement. Pick a joint and the movements that hurt it, and the plan drops only those. A shoulder that hurts when pressing still trains rows.
2. The AI writes the plan and never the weights. Your next weight comes from a fixed rule on your last session. Every set at the top of the rep range means 2.5 kg more on a barbell lift. Every set 2 or more reps short means 5% less.
3. The coach remembers you. When a block ends, the coach reads how many sessions you did, which lifts went up or stalled, what you skipped or swapped, and what you told it. Then it writes the next plan and 3 to 5 notes about you. You can read those notes and clear them.
4. Feedback you repeat changes the plan. Say a day was too hard once and it's noted. Say it again in a later week and the coach rewrites that day for the rest of the block, keeping the muscles it trains.
5. A short night gets a lighter session. If Apple Health shows under 6 hours of sleep, or you rate your soreness high, Trackist offers a lighter session: same weight, one set fewer, 30 seconds more rest. One tap brings the full session back.
Two numbers show whether it's working. The Strength Score runs from 0 to 100 and compares your best squat, hinge, push and pull from the last 90 days with strength standards for your sex and age. Strength Age starts at your real age and drops as your lifts climb above those standards, and the app tells you how many kilos on which lift would take years off.
The coach programs from 240 exercises, including HYROX stations, Olympic lifts and CrossFit moves. Blocks of 6 weeks or more end with a deload week. Your rest timer runs on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island.
Training with Trackist needs Trackist Pro: $9.99 a month or $49.99 a year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Prices vary by region. You build your plan and see its training days and what each one trains before you pay. It's on iPhone, in English and Polish.

Trackist was hunted by Adrian Szabłowski. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
