Hey Product Hunt 👋

I’m Alex, the creator of TrackAnalysis.

I started building TrackAnalysis because I love making music every day, but the process can feel isolating. I wanted a more useful and enjoyable feedback loop, a supportive community of artists, and more confidence when deciding whether my own music was ready to release.

TrackAnalysis is a feedback and growth platform for independent artists. Artists can upload a song and receive practical feedback on the release readiness and musical balance. They can then share it for peer feedback, discovery, and support from the community.

The goal is to motivate artists to create more music, connect with other musicians, and keep improving over time.

We’re also building an active Discord community where artists review each other’s music, collaborate, join live music-making/listening sessions, and stay motivated together.

TrackAnalysis is not intended to replace human taste or creativity. It is a useful second opinion that can help artists identify problems, improve faster, and feel more confident about their work. We also want discovery to be transparent. Human-created and AI-assisted music are both welcome, but artists must disclose how featured tracks were made.

I’d appreciate feedback from musicians, makers, and anyone with ideas on how to improve TrackAnalysis for independent artists.

Thanks for taking a look :]

Comment highlights

As someone who doesnt create music I've enjoyed the radio most - I've found a few songs/artists I really enjoy that I wouldn't have found on something like spotify

This Platform has been an invaluable resource for me as an artist and completing my projects.

Being able to be part of a growing community of creatives is amazing, and we all feed off eachothers ideas and success to help better eachother during our creative journeys.

From a technical aspect, being able to upload your work and see every single area that can be worked on for improvement is like being back in school for me. I love how I have something to learn everyday no matter what I happen to be working on.

I have also had the opportunity to be an artist advocate, which has allowed me to help new creators on the platform be more welcome.

I would love to see this platform reach its full potential someday so it can help more creators become the best version of themselves that they can.

love how the feedback feels more like a friendly studio session than a sterile score sheet, especially the part about release readiness helping newer artists figure out the next concrete step.
