This started with a phone call, not a pitch deck. A friend from Brazil spent three weeks stuck in Reddit rabbit holes trying to form a US LLC — Wyoming or Delaware? SSN or no SSN? Three different platforms, same documents, different format requirements. When it finally went through, his reaction wasn't relief: "Why did that take a month?"

That question is why TopStartNow exists.

honestly this looks super useful for non-US founders, especially the no SSN part. one thing though, can you add a built-in US business bank account option or at least partner with one like Mercury or Relay? that would basically save people weeks of back and forth after formation.

One thing that would make this even more useful is a guided checklist for post-formation compliance, like annual report deadlines, state franchise taxes, and beneficial owner filings specific to Wyoming, Delaware, or Nevada. Foreign founders often get tripped up by these recurring requirements after the LLC is set up, and having reminders or a dashboard tracking them would be a real lifesaver.
