I built Tophr because I kept seeing the same pattern. Smart, capable people getting overlooked. Not because they weren’t good, but because they couldn’t clearly communicate how they work.
At the same time, organizations say they care about performance and potential, but they’re often making decisions based on visibility, communication style, and perception. Not actual workstyle alignment.
That gap creates a lot of unnecessary friction on both sides.
This started as a simple assessment. But it became obvious pretty quickly that a label doesn’t change anything. People don’t need another personality test. They need something they can actually use.
So the product evolved into something more dynamic. Instead of just telling you who you are, it shows how you operate, where you thrive, and how to apply that in real situations.
