I built Toon Tone after an argument over what shade of blue a cartoon
character actually was. Nobody could agree, and when we checked — everyone
was wrong, including the person who was certain.
That's the whole game. You see a character, then rebuild its color from
memory with HSB sliders. The gap between "I definitely know this" and your
actual guess is funnier (and more humbling) than I expected.
It's free, runs in the browser, no account. There's a daily challenge so
it's a 30-second habit, plus two sister modes — Hued (match a target in 3
guesses) and Dialed (rebuild 5 colors, scored on CIELAB distance).
Would love to hear which character you whiff hardest on. I lose at green
every time.
