One of my company's main industry specializations is automotive. We have worked extensively on dealer projects. You need to get in touch with the dealer directors of the major car manufacturers and reach the dealers through them. When the manufacturer endorses it as a tool to improve dealer efficiency, it will be perceived much better. And yes, every manufacturer monitors the quality of service at their dealers; any dealer network system has functionality to control these processes and the responsible managers.
