Hi Product Hunt, I'm Abdullah, a full-stack developer from Lahore.
I built TokenTab because AI costs are hard to predict before you ship. Most of us find out from the invoice, so I wanted a quick way to see the number first.
How it works: paste a prompt, set the reply length and how many requests you expect per day, and TokenTab ranks 10 models from Claude, GPT and Gemini by cost per request and per month. You can add Batch API discounts and prompt caching, compare two models head to head, switch between USD, PKR and EUR, and share the result as a link.
A few choices I made on purpose:
- No signup and no backend. Your prompt never leaves your browser.
- Each model's token count is labelled exact, close or estimate, so you know how much to trust it.
- Prices come from public sources. Rows where sources disagree carry a "verify" marker.
Prices change often, so I would really like to hear if anything looks out of date, and which models or features you would want next. Exact Claude and Gemini token counts are on my list.
