I built Tlyck Focus after watching people with ADHDdownload app after app — only to forget they exist. he insight: accountability works best in the channelyou're already in. WhatsApp has near-100% open ratesand no "install friction." So I built the body-doublng and check-in loop there instead. The no-guilt proocol was the hardest design problem — ADHD brains spral on missed days, so we had to make recovery the dfault, not the exception. Happy to answer questions!
honestly the body doubling sessions sound really promising, but one thing that would actually help me is letting me set a custom focus length instead of being locked into the standard 50 minutes, sometimes i need like 20 minutes for smaller tasks and ending early feels like i failed
