I'm excited to share TixlyAI with you today.
The idea came from a problem I kept running into while building projects: reporting bugs was surprisingly time-consuming. Most bug reports start with a screenshot shared in Slack or a chat, but someone still has to manually write a title, describe the issue, add reproduction steps, and create a ticket.
As a student developer, I wanted a faster way to turn screenshots into actionable bug reports. That's why I built TixlyAI. Upload a screenshot, and it uses OCR and AI to generate a structured ticket with a title, summary, reproduction steps, and expected vs. actual behavior. It can also send reports directly to Slack, with Jira integration and team workflows coming soon.
Building TixlyAI taught me a lot about OCR, AI workflows, and the challenges teams face when communicating bugs. The product evolved from a simple screenshot analyzer into a tool focused on reducing friction between discovering an issue and fixing it.
