@tiun is the all-in-one backend for AI and SaaS builders who want to launch and monetize their products without stitching together multiple tools for authentication, payments, billing, customer data, and analytics.
Instead of combining Stripe, Clerk, a separate database, invoicing software, and multiple analytics tools, tiun brings the entire customer and revenue infrastructure into one platform.
What stands out here:
• Auth & User Management: Drop-in authentication without building from scratch.
• Flexible Billing: Manage subscriptions, one-time payments, or usage-based billing.
• Handles invoices, global taxes, and Merchant of Record (MoR) operations.
• Single Dashboard: Track customers, transactions, and product activity in one place.
small suggestion for the landing page. on my Windows pc, zoom 100%, part of the CTA is hidden by the section below, and i have to reduce the zoom to 80% to read it.
not particularly annoying to me, but u might lose some clients because of it
#1 well deserved 🥇 auth + billing in one install is the boring peice everyone needs. are you merchant of record too?
congrats on the launch!
the auth + payments + billing glue is always the part that eats way more time than expected, so having it in one place makes a lot of sense. gonna try it on my own product right away.
I already have a saas runing on stripe. Is tiun mainly for new products or is migrating an existing subscription business available to 😀😀.Ooh interesting
Congrats on the launch!
Our plans could have different research limits. Can tiun connect usage limits directly to billing? And automatically unlock more after an upgrade?
I'm interested in the migration thing. If someone already has authorization and payments set up, how difficult would it be to gradually migrate those pieces to tiun?
Having customer data, payments and analytics together sounds genuinely useful. Curious to see how this scales with larger products.
Stellar launch Team @tiun. The pain you’re solving is real, wish I had you 3 apps ago!
This looks especially useful for solo founders who want to launch quickly without spending too much time setting up infrastructure.
The Idea is great and it's gonna add more value to the new builder. However I'm more interested to know how this gonna integrate with custom business logic and role based authenticate system.
Really interesting - seems like a huge undertaking from a product perspective. I'd assume folks will be a little more hesitant to pivot on the payment side of things if they're already in the Stripe ecosystem (unless fees here are significantly lower than that like 2.9%+ or whatever it is they're charging these days.
So beyond having it all baked into one system - is the pricing better or comparable than stripe for transactions?
Also - an idea that would make me think about pivoting - Clerk now only allows X amount of (I think 3 or 5) "Impersonations" per month on their more Jr plans.
For us as a small scale startup - that feature is super important for me as a no-code person as I can go into their account - and see if its something they're doing wrong OR if its a system issue / bug unique to their account / create things for them etc etc.
Before they allowed unlimited and its a great rev level for them but for me and what I use clerk for - its a huge headache as I don't want to scale up any of the other feature sets.
Not sure if that would be a lever for anyone else to evaluate pivoting but for me that would be a great nice to have - unlimited impersonations.
I wired a Stripe credit ledger by hand for a token-metered product – checkout took a day, expiry and partial burns on a failed run took weeks. Does tiun cover usage credits, or subscription seats only?
Cool, I am currently using dodo payment. Just asking a genuine question, why should I move to tiun
We've been using Stripe and Clerk together for our last product, and it's a pain keeping them in sync. Having auth, billing, and customer data all in one place sounds really useful. The tax and invoice stuff being handled for you is probably the biggest time-saver here.
For people already on Stripe with paying customers, how easy will it be to move over once the migration tool is ready? Will old customer data come with us?
Congrats on the launch.
Genuine question from someone shopping for exactly this, because I got burned last week.
I run AI SaaS on a whop provider. In two bursts, a card-testing crew ran ~15 stolen cards through my checkout in about an hour each. 3D Secure was "on" but in frictionless mode, so 3 of them still went through. Hiding the product didn't hide the plan's public checkout URL, so some buys had no account on my side at all - just a payment and an email. I found out by noticing subscriptions with no users, then refunded and banned everything by hand.
What I'd want to know before switching:
Velocity rules - would 10 attempts from one actor in an hour, with mismatched cardholder names and emails, get blocked automatically, or is it on me to notice?
3DS control - can I force a bank challenge per plan, and can I turn it back off later without a support ticket?
Is checkout bound to an authenticated user in my app, or is there a public plan URL that anyone can hit once they've seen it?
Who is merchant of record, and who eats the chargeback + fee when fraud gets through?
When a burst happens, what does the cleanup look like - one bulk refund + ban, or 15 manual clicks?
can someone launch a simple paid SaaS without needing to set up several other services first?
The combination of payments + MoR + auth is particularly interesting. Definitely keeping an eye on this one.
