This is an early-stage open-source macOS tool built to help Final Cut Pro editors automate subtitle → title template workflows.
It already works in real editing use cases, but it’s still very much a work in progress — I’m sharing it early to gather feedback and shape what comes next.

• Improved project & template manager (less manual setup, more reuse)
• Support for more subtitle formats and edge cases
Mid to long-term
• Built-in subtitle editor
• Audio/video → subtitles workflow (automatic transcription pipeline)
