Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Navid, and I built Tiro solo. I kept seeing the same thing in the GLP-1 space: one app to log your shot, a second to count calories, a third to scan your body — three apps for one journey. So I made the one that does all three. Tiro logs your dose and shows an estimated medication-level curve, scans a meal for protein-first macros (protein is the number that protects your muscle on a GLP-1), and runs a body scan using just your phone's camera — no LiDAR, no special hardware, and the photos never leave your device. It's iOS-first and on TestFlight now, with the App Store launch right around the corner. Everything is free during the beta — all the Plus features unlocked — because I'd rather have your honest feedback than your money right now. Tell me what's missing, what's clunky, what you wish it did. I read every comment. (Tiro is a tracking companion, not medical advice — always follow your prescriber.)

finally an app that gets the GLP-1 workflow without making me hunt through notes for my last shot date. the protein-first macro scanner is genuinely useful, and the body scan picking up subtle changes on my phone camera alone felt like a nice surprise.

The camera-only body scan without needing hardware is a really clever move. love that you can track progress without buying another gadget

Logging shots and seeing the medication curve sounds genuinely useful, especially for people tracking how side effects line up with peaks. One thing I'd love is a symptom check-in tied to that estimated level graph, so I could quickly rate nausea or appetite right on the same screen and spot patterns over weeks. That would make the whole timeline way more meaningful.

Really useful idea for tracking GLP-1s. One thing I'd love is hydration and fiber logging alongside the protein-first macros, since both have made a big difference for me on tirzepatide. Would round out the nutrition picture nicely.

honestly the medication level tracker sounds super useful since i never know when my dose actually peaks, but it would be really helpful if you could add a quick symptom or side effect log tied to each shot so you can see patterns over time

A side effects journal with quick-tag options like nausea or fatigue would be really useful for spotting patterns tied to specific dose days. Could even surface a simple weekly summary right next to the medication level graph.

Logged a dose this morning and the estimated medication level curve actually matched when I started feeling it kick in, which surprised me. The meal snap is quick and nudges protein first without being preachy about it.

A hydration tracker that factors in the typical constipation GLP-1 users deal with would be huge. Maybe tie it to the meal logging so you get a gentle nudge to sip water when you log something high in fiber or protein.
