Hi Product Hunt! I'm the founder of Tirelo, building from India. The idea behind Tirelo is simple: your work should count wherever you work. A service professional may spend years building skills, serving customers and earning a reputation. But that history is often scattered across employers, platforms, reviews and individual work relationships. When they move to a new workplace, much of that experience may not travel with them. We started by building practical tools for service businesses and their teams: work-linked feedback, tipping, and a shareable Service Passport. But the bigger question we're working on is this: What if a person's professional history could become a portable record of their working life? We believe the person should be able to carry their record forward, while employers and other authorized contributors provide attributable evidence of the work they've seen. Tirelo is an early step toward that vision. Today, we're focused on the product we can deliver and the evidence we can earn - not claiming that every organization is already connected. We'd love feedback from founders, HR and workforce teams, people building identity infrastructure, and anyone thinking about how work experience and reputation should travel with a person.
