Hi Product Hunt. I am Dinesh Mendhe, founder of The AI Lab and the inventor of the Trust Identity Protocol.
I built TIP because the internet is about to be flooded with content that no one can trace to a real person. Watermarking tells you a machine was involved. It does not tell you which human chose to publish something, or whether anyone changed it afterward. That is the question that actually matters for a news story, a research paper, or a public statement.
TIP answers it. You verify your identity once, for free, and get a permanent cryptographic TIP-ID. From then on, anything you publish can carry a signature that binds it to you and records it on a public registry. The browser extension shows that label inline on the platforms you already use, so readers see the origin without installing anything themselves.
It is an open standard under CC BY 4.0, free for individuals and small organisations, and built on the NIST post-quantum cryptography standards so the signatures hold up for decades.
