Tinnitune
Pitch-matched tinnitus relief. 100% on-device, no account.
Tinnitune pitch-matches your exact tinnitus tone using real-time audio analysis, then builds masking sound, CBT-based exercises, and notched music therapy around that specific frequency - a personalized plan instead of a generic white-noise loop. Everything runs entirely on-device: no account, no backend server, no data leaving your phone. Free to start, live on iOS and Android, localized into 9 languages.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I'm Sikander, founder of ShahWave. I built Tinnitune after noticing most tinnitus apps fall into one of two camps: a generic white-noise player, or something that overpromises a "cure." Neither felt right.
Tinnitune starts with pitch-matching - you find your own tinnitus tone using real-time audio analysis, and everything else (masking sound, notched music therapy, CBT exercises) gets tuned around that specific frequency rather than a population average.
The part I care most about: it's built entirely on-device. No account, no backend server, no ad tracking - not because I couldn't build a backend, but because a health app that asks for your data by default felt like the wrong default. The audio synthesis, pitch-matching, and journal correlation engine all run locally.
It's free to start, live on the App Store and Google Play, and localized into 9 languages including full right-to-left support for Arabic and Urdu.
Would love feedback, especially from anyone who's dealt with tinnitus themselves - happy to answer anything in the comments today.

Tinnitune was hunted by ShahWave. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
