I'm Chaofan — full-stack dev and AI trainer based in Montreal.
TimeSpanCalc started as a personal frustration. Every date
calculator I found was either buried in ads, required an
account, or made me scroll past three banners just to see
my result.
So I built the one I actually wanted to use.
The design philosophy is Bauhaus — form follows function
entirely. No gradients, no decorative elements, nothing that
doesn't earn its place. Just a precise tool that gets out
of your way.
What it does:
→ Days between any two dates
→ Add or subtract time from a date
→ Count down to any future event
→ Look up what day of the week any date falls on
→ Generate a recurring date schedule at any interval
That last one — the recurring schedule generator — is the
feature I haven't seen done well anywhere else. If you
track medication, rent, paydays, visa renewals, or any
repeating date pattern, try it.
