It does not shut down the PC, delete files, or block apps. It simply uses the built-in Windows lock screen.

I built Time Locker because screen-time limits can be surprisingly hard to manage on shared Windows PCs.
The idea is simple: set a timer, start it, and when time is up, Windows locks automatically. To continue using the computer, the user needs to sign in again with their Windows password or PIN.
It is useful for kids' screen-time limits, shared family computers, shop computers, public-use PCs, and focus sessions.
Time Locker does not shut down the PC, delete files, or block apps. It simply uses the built-in Windows lock screen.
