The number one headline is a radically low price. 3.9% for short-term property management. Average is 20 to 30%. Lowest we see from a reputable larger vendor is 18%. We’ve never even heard of anybody charging under 10%. Why not just charge 10% and be cheaper than the market? We know where the future is going. It’s going to be highly automated, and the future price is going to be something in this range, so we jumped ahead.
We’ve been doing this 13 years. Cleaning and maintenance — by far the hardest part of property management, the part almost nobody does well. PMS features, channel management, that’s table stakes. We did the hard stuff nobody did. About two years ago we started building the rest. Earlier this year, first customers. After about six months we’re opening it up to everybody. Full AI and human hybrid.
Not a black box. You can see every action. Software first, then AI, then humans when those can’t do it. About 80% of owners don’t use a manager, mostly cost. We’re trying to change that.
