Tickbyte is a lightweight native macOS menu bar app for tracking Bitcoin and Ethereum in real time. Prices update as trades happen via Binance, while a focused panel shows daily change and a UTC-day sparkline. No account, no analytics, and no clutter—just BTC and ETH at a glance.
Hey Product Hunt! I built Tickbyte because I wanted a quick way to check BTC and ETH without opening a browser or full trading dashboard. It lives quietly in the macOS menu bar, updates in real time from Binance, and opens to a focused view with daily change and a UTC-day sparkline. I kept the scope deliberately small: two assets, no account, no analytics, and a lightweight native interface. I’d love your feedback on the design and what you’d want from a minimal menu-bar crypto tracker.
