Thunzi AI
AI-powered reputation, and customer experience intelligence
Thunzi AI is an end-to-end AI reputation intelligence platform for African organisations. It monitors media, web, social conversations, sentiment shifts, AI visibility, customer feedback, and emerging narratives, then turns them into alerts, dashboards, reports, and response workflows. It helps brands, SMEs, agencies, institutions, governments, and public figures detect reputation risks early, understand public perception, and improve customer experience before issues become crises.
Hey Product Hunt 👋🏾
I’m Blessing, founder of Thunzi AI.
We built Thunzi AI because reputation risk in African markets is real, but most organisations only see the warning signs when the damage has already started.
A customer complaint goes viral.
A negative media story spreads.
A brand sentiment shift goes unnoticed.
A public figure is misunderstood.
A crisis starts quietly, then becomes expensive, emotional, and public.
In many African organisations, reputation is still managed manually through screenshots, WhatsApp updates, agency reports, media clippings, spreadsheets, and gut feeling. That makes it hard to detect risks early, understand what people are really saying, and respond before small issues become major crises.
Thunzi AI is our attempt to change that.
It is an end-to-end AI reputation intelligence platform that helps brands, SMEs, agencies, institutions, governments, and public figures monitor media, web, social conversations, sentiment shifts, AI visibility, customer feedback, and emerging narratives.
The platform turns those signals into alerts, dashboards, reports, insights, and response workflows so teams can understand public perception, protect reputation, and improve customer experience faster.
We are building Thunzi AI for the African context our languages, media environment, customer behaviour, public conversations, and institutional realities.
We’d love your feedback, especially from people working in AI, SaaS, PR, media monitoring, customer experience, public affairs, and brand strategy.
Thank you for checking out Thunzi AI 🙏🏾
The unified dashboard tying sentiment shifts to response workflows is a smart move, especially for African SMEs that rarely have a full comms team. Nice execution.
how does it handle regions where local languages dominate online chatter, does the sentiment analysis actually work for isiZulu or Yoruba posts or is english only for now
finally tried thunzi ai and the sentiment tracking for african media outlets caught a shift in conversation i would have totally missed manually. the dashboard is clean and the alerts feel actually useful rather than noisy.
One thing I'd love to see is a mobile app with push notifications for crisis-level sentiment spikes, so comms leads on the go can react within minutes instead of waiting to open a laptop dashboard.

Thunzi AI was hunted by Blessing Mokoena. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
