Massive congrats to the ThunderCatch team on today's launch! I'm intrigued by the app's auto-lightning-capture feature - How accurate is the strike detection in, say, heavy thunderstorm conditions with multiple lightning flashes in quick succession?
That is such an awesome idea, @sezeriltekin! I remember wishing for such a product just a couple of years back, when I was on vacation with some friends in northern Italy. We sat in the car and watched a massive rainstorm. I wish I had known Thundercatch back then!

I remember I spent the whole night recording a thunderstorm, but pictures of it were almost impossible to grab. Great project! Good luck
Very cool. Does it take a still photo, or Live Photos/videos. I’m thinking about using this for Halloween. Can it record and sync the crack? Probably not the smartest thing to encourage people to stand outside during a thunderstorm acting like a lightning rod!!
