I'm Seb, a solo student developer from Amsterdam, and I'm so excited to (finally!) launch Thryve Wellness 3.0 here!
This has been a passion project for over 2 years, born out of my own frustration with health trackers that just show data but don't really help you understand it or act on it. I wanted to build something that dives deeper, especially leveraging the amazing data from Apple Health and Apple Watch, but with a hardcore focus on 100% on-device analysis and privacy.
Thryve's core is about providing personalized insights you can't easily get elsewhere:
- Figuring out your optimal workout intensity/duration (not generic zones).
- Uncovering time-lag correlations (like how last night's sleep really impacts tomorrow's stress).
- Making health scores transparent by showing you exactly what metrics are driving them.
It's been a journey building this alongside my Machine Learning studies (lots of custom data analysis functions in Swift, no off-the-shelf AI models!).
I'm here all day to answer any questions you have about the features, the tech, the solo dev life, or anything else!

I was able to get the app to load to initiate the trial, but then it kept crashing on iOS 18.5
