I made ThriftBuddy because I wanted a faster way to check resale values while sourcing inventory in thrift stores. Manually typing descriptions into eBay on a phone takes too much time in the aisle. ThriftBuddy uses a camera scan to identify items via AI, pulls active comparable listings, and calculates potential profit after estimated fees and shipping. It also helps locate nearby secondhand stores. The app provides 10 free scans without requiring a credit card, with a monthly subscription option thereafter. Please note that it prices items based on active listings rather than sold history. I would appreciate your feedback on the scan speed, UI clarity, and usefulness of the pricing estimates.
