I'm Fabio, founder of ThinkNEO.
Over the past couple of years, I've watched AI go from something companies were experimenting with to something everyone depends on every day.
The problem is that AI adoption happened much faster than governance.
Teams started using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, coding assistants, AI agents... often without anyone really knowing what was being sent, who was spending money, or whether company policies were being followed.
At some point I realized something that seemed obvious:
Every company protects its network, APIs and cloud infrastructure... but almost nobody controls what happens between their applications and AI models.
That's why we built ThinkNEO.
ThinkNEO sits in the middle of every AI request. Instead of applications talking directly to different providers, every request goes through a single control plane where companies can enforce policies, control costs, apply guardrails, audit activity and route traffic across any model.
One thing we cared about from day one was making governance practical.
We didn't want another dashboard full of charts. We wanted something that actually sits in the request path and makes decisions in real time.
Our goal is simple: help companies adopt AI faster—not by restricting it, but by making it safe enough for everyone to use.
