We kept seeing the same thing every new startup was chasing AI wrappers or the next trend. Nobody was asking: what actually bothers people every day?
So we started TheSolvers a personal challenge to find 100 real problems (a friend missing his medicine, a group trip where splitting the bill turned into a fight, a student who couldn't find one real project to build) and ship one working product a week to solve them. No funding, no fluff just build, document, repeat.
8 weeks in: 2 products live, 100+ users reached. Everything wins and failures is documented in public.
