Hey Everyone 👋 We're the team behind Theo, a research environment built for researchers working with complex ideas and evolving workflows.
Research rarely happens in a straight line. Assumptions shift, and hypotheses get revised, often pulling you into domains you didn't expect to explore. For researchers, that means bouncing between disconnected workspaces and tools, and losing your place halfway through a literature search. It means hours spent hunting for related work, and now, with AI in the mix, wondering whether the papers being surfaced are even relevant, or real. Theo was created out of conversations with researchers facing these exact problems.
With Theo, you can compare frontier models against our own fine-tuned, domain-specialized models side by side, revisit any step in your workflow without losing your place, and rely on claims that go through verification, with disagreements flagged when they come up. We're also building out integrations with the computational and research tools teams already use.
