Hunted byGian SimonettiGian Simonetti

When someone leaves your company, their knowledge shouldn't. Theo connects to everything. Gmail, Drive, Slack, Notion, etc. then extracts structured skill cards. Each with an owner, a confidence score, and a flag when it's a single point of failure. Found a gap? Theo auto-generates an interview and DMs the right person on Slack to capture it while they're still there and before they're gone. Ask Theo anything and get a sourced, cited answer from the dashboard or right in Slack.

Hey PH 👋

Every team I've ever worked with has the same problem: the one person who actually knows why the pricing exception process works, or how the last outage got fixed, and none of it is written down anywhere. That knowledge doesn't survive them leaving. It just disappears.

So I built Theo. It connects to everything. Gmail, Drive, Slack, Notion, etc. and instead of just search-and-summarize like every other AI tool, it extracts structured "skill cards". A named process, an owner, a confidence score. When Theo finds a gap (no clear owner, conflicting docs, knowledge trapped in one inbox), it auto-generates an interview and DMs the right person on Slack to capture it before it's too late.

Then you just ask Theo anything, from the dashboard or right in Slack, and get a real, cited answer.

The single point of failure flag is genuinely useful, caught one role on our team that way. Slack integration felt smooth too.

Who hunted Theo?

Theo was hunted by Gian Simonetti. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
