The Pain
I'm someone who hates inefficiencies, so I was blown away when I came across research by IDC and McKinsey where it was concluded that professionals spend ~60% of their work week in peripheral tasks (eg Email, Searching for Info, Scheduling / Attending Meetings) leaving only ~40% for Role-specific Tasks.

After being introduced to TheLibrarian.io though my boss and using it for over 6 months now, I can safely say it is the best application of AI for my daily professional life until now. From scheduling meeting, change calendar invite, to respond to an email for my sake, the product can do it all smoothly. Moreover, it learns on my past interaction with the tools and make it selves better over time by remembering my contacts, generating content that fits my current position and generally improve the outputs of my request. Lastly, the thing that I love most about it is the morning brief which has become the thing that help me to check my email, go though any remaining tasks, and remind me of any missing items before I go to work.

I don’t usually write reviews this early, but this product genuinely surprised me. Within a few minutes of using it, I could already see its value - intuitive, well-designed, and clearly built with attention to detail.
If this is what the first ten minutes look like, I’m excited to see what’s next.
I really like the concept of this type of product. It's not focused on launching a unique app, but rather on being close to the existing consumption scenarios of users to enhance the experience. The Librarian is a great example; it allows you to check your schedule first thing in the morning when you open your phone, increasing your sense of control over life.
Of course, there is a concern about what will happen if WhatsApp decides to enter this space and how to address users' privacy concerns. I hope the founding team can find answers to these issues.
This looks like a very cool product and using WhatsApp as the interface is perfect considering how much time I spend on this. Will definitely try it out.
I love the librarian. It’s so clever!! The morning digest of tasks and appointments gets me ready for the day ahead. It’s intuitive, friendly and plays a polite and low-noise/low-stress role as a notification tool to keep me on track! Love it.
