Realtors spend a lot of time crafting the perfect listing description for homes. It can easily take people hours and cost ~$100 to have a freelancer write for them. The Listly uses AI to create a high quality description at a fraction of the cost and time.
Hey everyone 👋
Browsing through Zillow, Redfin, and Trulia, you get to quickly see many listing descriptions are poorly written. Whether that's because the listing agent/seller was swarmed with work or they simply aren't good at writing, it ends up hurting how many people are interested in the home.
The process of writing a listing description for a home is a long process, that can easily take hours of your time. Trying to formulate how to describe the home and its features to researching nearby amenities both take a large chunk of a realtor's time, which can better be spent chasing leads.
The Listly allows realtors and sellers to input the barebones details of a home, upload some pictures, and allow AI to generate a listing description in minutes.
I'd love to get everyone's thoughts and feedback on the launch version :)
Congratulations on the launch. That's great. It's genuinely helpful. There was such a case.
