Hey Hunters,
Andrés and Will here. We both have day jobs in Madrid and the same recurring problem: every time we'd consider building in a new niche, we'd burn a weekend on research and come out with either a shrug or a totally different niche we hadn't planned to look at. 12 hours, no answer.
So we built The Detective for ourselves first.
You feed it your skills, languages, budget, and a niche you're thinking about (or let it pitch some). It runs a 3-stage pipeline on Claude against grounded web sources, scores the niche across 7 axes, and gives you a GO / GO_WITH_CAVEATS / NO_GO verdict plus a 30-day execution plan for the winner. Every claim links to a real URL. The system literally can't make a citation up.
A few specifics worth knowing:
One deep dive per report, on every tier. The tier just changes how often you can run them: Starter $12.99 one-time, Explorer $25/mo weekly, Hunter $99/mo every 3 days, Operator $299/mo daily.
Hard $6 cost cap per report. If the pipeline starts pushing that ceiling, it stops. We'd rather refund you than ship something half-done.
We refuse regulated industries: insurance, medical, legal, financial advice, tax, construction lien. Those need a real professional, not a research tool. Caught at preflight, no charge.
If the evidence for your niche just isn't out there, we won't pretend it is. You get 3 salvage angles to try instead, plus a free re-run credit.
Bilingual (English + Spanish). Our agents pull sources from both markets, and the report comes back in whatever language you wrote your intake in.
Stuff we don't have yet, since you'll ask:
Slack / Discord / WhatsApp delivery (working on it)
Linear / Notion / Trello exports (queued)
A free tier. That one's deliberate. Starter at $12.99 is the cheapest taste.
